Seed Forum Iceland - 25. of March in Arion Bank
The Mayor of Reykjavik will open the 13th Seed Forum Iceland in Arion Bank on the 25th of March. The Rektor of University of Iceland will talk about innovation for 100 years in the University of Iceland. Seven companies - two foreign and five Icelandic - will pitch for investors. Since 2005 Sprotaþing Ísland has been running investor forums in Reykjavik - Seed Forum Iceland. Around 60 Icelandic companies have participated in the investor forum and around 30 foreign start-ups. The track record for investments in companies participating in the forums is excellent as some 30% of the Icelandic start-ups participating for the last three years have found investors. Every year the investor forum becomes bigger and better and has been the biggest event in entrepreneurship in Iceland for the last few years. It is a forum that no investor should miss.
